In Store Return Policy
At The Happy Place, we want your shopping experience to be the best. Therefore, we gladly accept unopened, unworn merchandise with tags & receipt within 14 days of your purchase for exchange or store credit. Our store credit never expires or devalues, and is also accepted at our other stores The Lucky Knot and 3 Sisters.  Please note, purchases made in stores can only be returned for an exchange or for store credit with receipt. All candy/perishable items are final sale.
    
Online Return Policy
We gladly accept unopened, unworn, or defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. As we are a small business, we do not issue return labels, unless an item is defective or an incorrect item was sent to you. You can add the packing slip that was included, or a note with your name & order number so we can be sure who to refund! Once we receive your return, we will issue the credit back to the original payment method.           
If it is for an exchange, please contact hello@lovethehappyplace.com to ensure your exchange is available, or send back your return with your exchange request on the packing slip provided in your order. 
    
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank/credit provider first. It may take a few business days for the credit to post to your account. If you still don't receive a refund please email hello@lovethehappyplace.com.
